To Whom it may concern,
I just wanted to write this letter to express how happy we are with our pool and how glad we are that we chose Aqua over the other companies out there. From start to finish and top to bottom we are very pleased with the quality of the finished product, the customer service provided, and the warranty department's fast response to any issues that we have had.
We met with and received a bid from Swan Pools and talked briefly to someone at Premier Pools, but neither came close to the level of knowledge and professionalism exemplified by your sales representative, Mark Andronico. Over the course of three or four meetings with Mr. Andronico to discuss our pool plans he was always helpful, patient, and understanding of our wants and needs. He provided us with excellent ideas to help us come up with an abosolutely beautiful and unique pool desgn for our backyard. We felt very well informed about every decision in the process and Mark worked within our budget and thoroughly explained the breakdown in costs, which made us feel more comfortable with our purchase and the purchase price of the pool.
I personally am a sales professional so I can appreciate how difficult the job can be, expecially working with a customer as meticulous as I am. However, I want to commend a job well done by Mark Andronico because he was head and shoulders above anyone else that we spoke to with the other companies I mentioned earlier.
I will undboubtedly recommend Aqua Pools to anyone that we know that is interested in buying a pool. As a matter of fact our neighbors just around the corner, Dan and Mary Garrity, had looked at three different pool companies and could not make a decision on which to go with. They eventually decided to go with the fourth company, Aqua Pools, after we recommended they speak to Mark Andronico. I think, again, this speaks volumes about Mr. Andronico and his ability to give the customer exactly the pool design they want at a fair price.
