Thank you for all your help with our catering needs last week during our “Earthquake” coverage here in the bureau. Not only was the food and service superior on all levels, but when you take into account the turmoil L.A. was under, as well as your operation, you all really came through for us above and beyond the call of duty.
The variety of food selections you were able to provide was wonderful and kept everyone from being bored with the usual sandwich and pizza fare you usually encounter under conditions like these. Everything tasted great and was set up to remain warm for a few hours, which really was helpful to us with personnel working around the clock.
